As we are setting up new plant, so it’s a good time for us to re-build a new and modern system to control the productst quality, which could meet more demand from worldwild customers. We are not only following ISO9001:2000 quality sytem but also BSCI rules

1. To study the ISO9000 quality management system standards carefully and establish a clear management level
The quality management work is complicated and difficult to form a clear management level for a long time. Especially as the scale of the enterprise increases, the number of departments involved increases, and the level of quality management becomes more complex. Therefore, a clear and clear quality management level must be established.
2. To establish a pyramid-style quality management system document
When establishing quality system documents, according to the actual requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system theory, the management system documents must be divided into four layers to form a pyramid of quality management system documents.
3. The main basis for formulating quality management system documents
(1) ISO9000 quality management system standard;
(2) Safe box production specifications;
(3) Relevant national laws and regulations.
